1 // What Darko is

Darko ("Darko", "we", "us", "the Service") is a product of NXGEN MEDIA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Darko is an analytical tool that decodes text-based communication and surfaces behavioral and psychological patterns to help you read interpersonal situations more clearly. Outputs include profiles, archetype labels, pattern flags, and recommended scripts. Darko is not a substitute for mental-health care, legal advice, or professional counseling.

2 // Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Darko. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and that your use does not violate any law or contract that applies to you.

3 // Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information you submit. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or to other users.

4 // Acceptable use

Darko reads psychology; it does not script deception. You agree not to use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, defraud, or harm any person, nor to violate any applicable law. The product is literacy. What you do with a read is your responsibility, and so is the consequence.

5 // Subscriptions & pricing

Darko offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Operator and Executive). Prices, read limits, and features are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Paid plans renew automatically each period until cancelled.

6 // Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

7 // Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. The free tier never expires.

8 // Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Darko makes inferences from text and may be wrong. We do not guarantee any particular outcome in your relationships or interactions.

9 // Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXGEN MEDIA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10 // Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by NXGEN MEDIA LLC and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

11 // Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be dated and posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
