Privacy Policy
1 // What we collect
We collect the account information you provide (such as email), the conversation content and notes you submit for analysis, and basic technical data needed to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
2 // How we use it
We use your data to provide the read: to analyze the text you submit, generate profiles and scripts, and maintain the dossier that deepens over time for you. We use technical data to keep the Service secure and working.
3 // Nothing leaves the room
Conversations are read in confidence and are not stored beyond what is required to provide the Service to you, and are never sold or shared for advertising. The dossier that builds over time exists for your account alone.
4 // Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of vetted processors — for hosting, payments, and the language model that performs the analysis. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
5 // Retention & deletion
You can delete your conversations and your account at any time. On deletion, associated content is removed from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6 // Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit a request through the contact page and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7 // Children
Darko is for adults. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8 // Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but confidentiality is a core design constraint of this product, not an afterthought.
9 // Changes & contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be dated and posted here. Questions about your privacy can be sent through the contact page.
